ENGINEERED ACCESS SYSTEM

Ringlock Scaffolding System

Complete Ringlock scaffolding systems with supply, hire, engineering and installation support for Australian projects.

See How the Ringlock Scaffolding System Is Assembled

Watch how the core components are positioned, connected and assembled into a complete Ringlock scaffolding structure.

How the Ringlock Connection Works

Position

Position the ledger or diagonal brace head against the rosette on the standard.

Insert

Insert the wedge through the component head and the selected rosette opening.

SECURE

Drive the wedge with a scaffold hammer to complete the connection.

Check

Confirm the wedge is fully seated before continuing the scaffold assembly.

RINGLOCK COMPONENTS

Six Core Components. One Ringlock System

Standards / Verticals

Ringlock standards form the main vertical structure and provide connection points for ledgers and braces.

Ledgers / Horizontals

Ringlock ledgers connect standards horizontally and establish the width of each scaffold bay.

Diagonal Brace

Ringlock diagonal braces connect between standards to support lateral stability across scaffold bays.

Adjustable Base & U-Head Jacks

Base jacks provide ground-level adjustment, while U-head jacks support structures above the system.

Steel Scaffold Plank

Steel scaffold planks fit between horizontal members to create working platforms and access areas.

Rosette & Wedge Connection

The rosette-and-wedge node connects ledgers and diagonal braces to standards at one modular connection point.

APPLICATION RANGE

Ringlock Scaffolding Applications

Industrial Construction

Adaptable scaffold access around industrial structures, equipment and complex work areas.

Infrastructure Projects

Modular scaffolding for transport, civil construction and infrastructure project access.

Commercial Buildings

Flexible scaffold configurations for structural, façade and trade access during construction.

Maintenance & Access

Temporary working platforms for inspection, repair, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

WHY HOLDURE

Why Project Teams Choose HOLDURE

A coordinated approach to Ringlock scaffolding, from system configuration and engineering support through production and project documentation.

Integrated System Planning

Core Ringlock components are planned as one coordinated system rather than separate products.

Manufacturing Coordination

Component production and preparation are coordinated around confirmed project requirements.

Engineering Support

System layouts and project access requirements can be reviewed with engineering input.

Project Documentation

Confirmed product information and relevant project documents are organised for customer review.
